Your operations are losing you
$50K+ a year.
We find it, fix it, and prove it.

We audit your workflows, build the automations that eliminate manual waste, train your team, and measure the ROI at 30, 60, and 90 days. Not a report. A result.

You know the work is manual.
You haven't had time to fix it.

57% of small businesses are investing in AI. Only 19% have automated a single workflow. The gap isn't technology — it's knowing what to fix first, building it right, and making sure the team actually uses it.

The Monday Report
Someone on your team spends 3–4 hours every week pulling data from one system, formatting it in a spreadsheet, and emailing it out. Next week, they do it again.
$11K+/year in labor
Triple Data Entry
Your admin enters the same information into your CRM, your billing system, and a spreadsheet. Every new client. Every time. Then the systems don't match.
$3K+/year + error cost
The Approval Black Hole
Requests sit in someone's email for 1–3 days. No one can see the queue. No escalation. No backup. Work stalls while leadership is in meetings.
$9K+/year + delay damage

The patterns we fix
are the same everywhere.

Every company thinks their inefficiency is unique. It almost never is. Here's what we find in the first week — every time.

Staffing Firm — 200 Employees
Recruiters spent 6+ hours/week on manual candidate status updates across branches. Same data entered in 3 systems.
Automated sync eliminated triple entry. 22 hours/week returned to recruiting.
22 hrs/week saved
Insurance Brokerage — 650 Employees
Account handoffs between producers and service teams relied on email chains. 30% of renewals had at least one missed step.
Structured handoff workflow with automated reminders. Missed steps dropped to under 3%.
90% fewer missed steps
Multi-Location Healthcare — 20+ Clinics
Referral coordination was fully manual. Average referral follow-up: 4.2 days. Patients falling through the cracks.
Automated referral routing and follow-up tracking. Average follow-up dropped to same day.
4.2 days → same day
Home Services — 14 Locations
Dispatchers managing schedules in spreadsheets. One scheduling error cost $2,400 in a single week from missed appointments.
Dispatch automation with real-time visibility. Scheduling errors dropped 95%.
95% fewer errors

Four weeks from audit
to working automation.

Most consulting engagements give you a report and walk away. We give you a report, build the fix, train your team, and prove the ROI — in 4 weeks.

Week 1
Assess
Find the real problems
We talk to the people doing the work — not the managers guessing from above. We find every workflow that's costing you time or money, and we size each one in dollars so you know exactly what to fix first.
  • Every problem sized in hours and dollars
  • Prioritized by impact and speed to fix
  • You see the full picture before we build anything
Weeks 2–3
Implement
Build the fix
We build 1–2 automations targeting the highest-value opportunities. Not a prototype — a working solution tested with your real data and deployed in your environment.
  • Working automation, not a slide deck
  • Tested with your actual data
  • Nothing goes live until you've validated it
Week 4
Enable
Make it stick
We train every person whose workflow changes and make sure the new way of working actually gets adopted — not just deployed and forgotten.
  • Your team trained on the new workflow
  • Built-in system to sustain adoption
  • Not just deployed — actually used
Days 30 / 60 / 90
Prove
Measure the ROI
We come back and measure what actually changed — same metrics, real comparison, hard numbers. If the savings aren't there, we'll both know it.
  • Before-and-after comparison with real data
  • ROI documented, not projected
  • 90 days of support included

We measure everything.
No projections. No guessing.

Our Measurement Commitment

Every competitor says "measurable results." Nobody specifies what they'll measure, how, or what happens when the numbers aren't there. We do.

We measure the before, not just the after.

If we don't know where you started, we can't prove what changed. We capture baselines before touching anything.

We separate fact from estimate.

You'll always know which numbers are measured from your systems and which are informed estimates. We never inflate.

We come back and prove it.

30, 60, 90 days post-implementation. Same metrics. Real comparison. If it didn't work, we say so.

We ensure adoption, not just deployment.

A solution nobody uses is worthless. We make sure your team actually adopts the new way of working.

Questions we hear
before every engagement.

What if the audit doesn't find enough to justify the sprint?
We'll tell you. We'd rather give you an honest assessment and walk away than sell a sprint that won't produce real value. The audit itself still has value — you'll know exactly where your operations stand.
How much of my team's time does this take?
4–5 hours total across 4 weeks. That's a few interviews in Week 1, a review session in Week 2, and training in Week 4. We do the heavy lifting.
Do you replace our existing tools?
No. We work with what you already have. Most of our automations connect the systems you're already using — we eliminate the manual work between them.
What if the ROI isn't there at 90 days?
We document it honestly. Every number we report is tagged [measured], [estimated], or [projected]. We never inflate results. If something underperformed, we explain why and what to adjust.
Can you work with companies outside the listed industries?
Yes. The patterns we fix — manual data entry, broken handoffs, approval bottlenecks — exist in every operationally complex business. If you have 20+ employees and manual processes eating time, we can probably help.
What happens after the 90-day follow-up?
The automations are yours. Documentation is yours. Your team is trained. Many clients continue on a retainer for additional optimization, but it's not required.

Why Coriven exists.

I spent years watching smart companies fail not because they lacked vision or talent — but because their operations couldn't carry the weight of their ambition. The machine broke under the pressure of growth.

Every time I'd walk into one of those companies, I'd think: the foundation isn't solid. Nothing here is built to last.

Coriven comes from two roots. Core — the irreducible center of something. The part that, if it fails, everything fails. And driven — in the engineering sense. A driven system is one where motion is transferred deliberately, from one part to the next, with precision and force.

Together, Coriven means: the core that drives everything else.

We don't come in and rearrange the furniture. We rebuild the engine. We take what's broken, manual, and held together with duct tape — and we replace it with a scalable operating system that can carry a hundred-million-dollar business.
